Tim Hoftiezer, D.D.S earned his undergraduate degree from Wabash College and completed dental school at Indiana University School of Dentistry where he received a degree with honors in 1997. Dr. Hoftiezer is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association (Indianapolis district) and the American Orthodontic Society.
Dr. Hoftiezer is proud to be a part of the Hoosier state and help improve the dental health of it's citizens. He is married to Donna and they have 3 children.
